Lemon Blueberry Preserves
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs blueberries
2 lbs sugar
2 lemons, zest and juice
DIRECTIONS
I. place all ingredients into a sauce pot and stir to combine
II. bring to a boil then allow to simmer for about 20 minutes or until thickened
III. place into clean jars and store in the fridge for up to a month or in the freezer for up to a year
