Cranberry Sauce
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups City Honey
2/3 cup water
1 each lemon, juiced
4 ounces bourbon (optional)
1 each orange, zest
DIRECTIONS
I. add all ingredients into a medium sauce pot
II. whisk until thick and all cranberries are broken
III. cool and store in a jar in the fridge for up to a week
